Microsoft Office 2010 یکی از معروفترین و قویترین مجموعه نرم افزارهای کاربردی برای مدیریت کارهای اداری نظیر تایپ و غیره میباشد.

معرفی نسخههای 32 و 64 بیتی مجموعه Microsoft Office:مجموعه آفیس در دو نسخه 32 و 64 بیتی ارائه میشود که بر اساس معماری پردازنده اصلی سیستم بر روی ویندوز قابل نصب میباشد و هیچ گونه تفاوتی بین کارایی و ویژگیهای این دو نسخه نمیباشد. اما شرکت مایکروسافت همیشه به کاربران پیشنهاد میکند علی رغم داشتن ویندوز 64 بیتی از آفیس 32 بیتی نصب و استفاده کنند و نسخه 64 بیتی آفیس پیشنهاد نمیشود. علت آن این است که نسخه 32 بیتی سازگاری بیشتری با سایر برنامهها و مخصوصاً Add-on ها و Plug-in های جانبی دارد و از طرفی تفاوت چشم گیری در قدرت پردازش این دو نسخه وجود ندارد لذا گروه پی سی دانلود نیز به شما پیشنهاد میکند تا از نسخه 32 بیتی استفاده نمایید. نسخه 64 بیتی فقط زمانی برتری خود را نسبت به نسخه 32 بیتی نشان میدهد که پردازش متون و صفحات در ابعاد بسیار وسیع صورت بگیرد، در این صورت نسخه 64 قادر است تا پردازش قویتری نسبت به نسخه 32 بیتی انجام دهد ولی این کاربرد نه تنها در ایران بلکه در سازمانهای بزرگ جهانی نیز تقریباً بلااستفاده است. نکات قابل توجه:- تمامی نسخههای قرار داده شده، نسخه Volume یا VL هستند و در هنگام نصب نیازی به Product Key ندارند، پس از نصب میتوانید با ابزار فعال سازی قرار داده شده در قسمت «دانلود» برنامه خود را به صورت کامل و مطمئن فعال کنید. - تمامی نسخههای قرار داده شده قابلیت رایت بر روی یک DVD معمولی را دارند.

Microsoft Exchange Server (مایکروسافت اکسچنج سرور) یکی از سری محصولات محبوب و معروف از سرورهای مایکروسافت است. کاربرد اصلی این محصول در اصل استفاده به عنوان یک ایمیل سرور یا همان پست الکترونیک است، سرویس پست الكترونیك یا سرویس دهنده ایمیل در واقع یك نرم افزار كاربردی است كه ایمیل ها را از سرویس گیرنده های ایمیل ( Client) و یا سرورهای پست الكترونیك (Mail Server) دیگر دریافت كرده و بعد آن ها را به دست گیرندگان می رساند. از جمله کاربردهای فراوان Exchange Server قابلیت راه اندازی Public Folder به منظور به اشتراک گذاری ایمیل های دریافت و ارسال شده توسط کابران است. نکته مهم قابلیت تعیین دسترسی کاربران جهت خواندن و یا پاک کردن و ساختن نامه ها و فولدر هاست به صورتی که یک کاربر فقط بتواند ایمیل های خودش یا دیگران را بخواند و پاک کند. از دیگر نکته های قابل بحث قابلیت اتصال چند سرور به یکدیگر و دسته بندی کابران است.

ABBYY FineReader Professional is able to turn various types of documents, such as faxes, barcodes, photographs, legal, magazine or newspaper pages into content that can be easily searched and edited. In the last tab you can scan or convert a file (PDF or image) to other known formats, such as XLS, RTF, TXT, PPTX, or CSV. A graphic editor is also integrated into this application, so that you can modify any details of an image.
As far as the conversion speed goes, this application is amazing. CPU and memory resources are heavily used, to be truthful, but this is the price you pay for high quality output results.
All in all, we were impressed by ABBYY’s FineReader capabilities. As the industry standard for the OCR market, it does not disappoint.

RapidTyping Typing Tutor is an application that can teach you how to type quickly and accurately.
Since this is an ad-supported product, you should be careful when installing RapidTyping Typing Tutor since it offers to download and place some third-party components on your hard drive, that it doesn't need to work properly.
The user interface of the program is clean and intuitive. You can get started by selecting a preferred language, along with the type of your keyboard.
So, you can toggle between beginner, intermediate and expert mode, as well as select lessons from the "Basics", "Shift keys", "Numeric Pad" and "Digits, Symbols".
Once you have completed a lesson, you can view results which consist of ratings (e.g. words per minutes, character per minute, accuracy), along with errors and delays in percent.
In addition, you can view online records, repeat the lesson or proceed to the next one. But you can also view statistics, edit the text in an editor, add a new course and view the properties of the current one.
Furthermore, you can enable sounds, reconfigure keyboard hotkeys, change the theme, select the lesson view, switch to a different font, and more.
The program uses a moderate amount of system resources and includes a comprehensive help file with snapshots. We haven't encountered any kind of problems during our tests and strongly recommend RapidTyping Typing Tutor to all users who want to improve their typing skills.

 پرنیان با هدف کمک به کاربر فارسی زبان در استفاده از محصولات مایکروسافت آفیس ارائه می شود و امکانات این مجموعه را در پشتیبانی از زبان فارسی تکمیل می کند. مدت هاست کاربران فارسی زبان از مجموعه آفیس استفاده می کنند. با اینکه استفاده از این مجموعه برای زبان فارسی در طول زمان بهبود یافته است، با این حال هنوز برای استفاده نواقصی وجود دارد و نیازمندی های کاربر فارسی زبان به صورت کامل برآورده نمی شود. مجموعه مایکروسافت آفیس مورد استفاده تعداد کثیری از کاربران ایرانی است. از نسخه 97 این مجموعه پشتیبانی از زبان های فارسی و عربی به این مجموعه اضافه شده است، با اینکه از آن زمان تا کنون تغییرات زیادی در این مجموعه نرم افزاری بوجود آمده است، اما کماکان برای کاربران ایرانی مشکلاتی وجود دارد.بخش عمده ایی از این مشکلات مربوط به عدم پشتیبانی از تقویم شمسی است. درطول این مدت نرم افزار پرنیان با ارائه نسخه های مختلف سعی کرده است که نقاط ضعف و مشکلات این مجموعه را برای کاربران ایرانی پوشش دهد و کاربری آسان تری را برای آنها فراهم کند. ارائه این خدمات مستلزم انجام برخی تغییرات و اصلاحات لازم در برنامه های اجرایی آفیس است. برای این کار در طول 15 سال گذشته تکنیک ها و روش های گوناگونی در پرنیان مورد آزمایش و تجربه قرار گرفته است تا نهایتا در آخرین نسخه این مجموعه ماحصل این تجربیات محصولی شده است که اینک به بیش از 10هزار کاربر خدمت رسانی می کند براین اساس و با استفاده از آخرین فناوری ها، پرنیان 7 نه تنها در مجموعه آفیس بلکه در سایر نرم افزار های کاربردی نظیر: مایکروسافت شیرپوینت، پراجکت سرور، سی آر ام، اکسچنج سرور و ... نیز امکانات فارسی و تقویم شمسی را ارائه می کند. پرنیان برای آفیس، هدیه شرکت گستره نگار برای کاربران آفیس است که به صورت رایگان ارائه می شود.
